Who We Are

This notice explains how Subhan Developers Group Ltd, trading as Subhan Property Group ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information, and your rights under UK data protection law.

Subhan Property Group is a trading name of Subhan Developers Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

Information We Collect

  • When you contact us through a form, by phone or by email: your name, phone number, email address, the location and size of your land, any title number, and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • When we identify land that may have development potential: the names and addresses of registered owners, taken from HM Land Registry and other public records, so that we can write to them.
  • When you use this website: if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and the type of device, collected by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

How We Use It, and Our Lawful Basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and review your land, and to take steps you ask for before entering into an agreement. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and steps prior to a contract.
  • To write to landowners about possible opportunities for their land. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You can object at any time and we will stop.
  • To prepare and manage agreements with landowners. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To understand how the website is used. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on our cookie policy page.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as keeping records and anti-money laundering checks. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

Who We Share It With

  • Our joint venture partner, BuildUp, where needed to assess or progress your land.
  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our form processing service (Web3Forms), email and IT providers and, if you consent, Google Analytics. They act on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers, such as solicitors and accountants, where needed for an agreement.
  • Anyone we are legally required to share it with.

We never sell your personal information.

Transfers Outside the UK

Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How Long We Keep It

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: up to 24 months from our last contact.
  • Agreements and related records: for the life of the agreement and then 7 years.
  • If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep your name and address on a suppression list so that we can respect your request.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability in some cases. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, including letters. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
